As they have done in recent years, families in the community are saving seats at their Seder tables for college students. This is a great way to connect with the Kalamazoo Jewish Community and can be a lot of fun.
If you would like to join a local family for a Passover Seder email (kazoohillel@yahoo.com) us with your name, a phone number to reach you at, and which night(s) you would like to go. The first night is April 8 and the second is April 9.

Kanley Chapel Social Room
Its all about starting the weekend off right! Join new and old friends for a relaxing Shabbat Dinner. This week we are mixing things up and will have Kosher Hot dogs (a few veggies too), chips, and all the right condiments.
Maybe if we eat like we’re at a Baseball game the weather will warm up quicker. As always Shabbat dinners are a great place to meet people and hang out. So bring a friend and see you there.
We are also welcoming a special guest, Nate Knappen who is a Presidential candidate for the Western Student Association. Elections are the week following.

Temple B’nai Israel is the reform temple in Kalamazoo and requires only a student ID for entrance and their schedule of services can be found here.
Congregation of Moses is the Conservative congregation in Kalamazoo and they request that students RSVP before attending to be added to their guest list. Please RSVP to kazoohillel@yahoo.com and your name will be forwarded along with the schedule of services.
